论新农村建设中新型农民培养机制创新

On the Innovation of Mechanism for Cultivating New-style Farmers in the New Countryside Construction

培养新型农民可为社会主义新农村建设提供高素质的人力资源、稳定的社会基础,有力地促进城乡经济社会的统筹发展。当前,我国在农民培养机制上还存在诸多不完善之处,如培养投入机制不均衡、培养机制不合理、缺乏培养的学习联动互动、跟踪反馈机制等等。为此,应从创新农民培养资金投入机制、建立农村人力资源和人才开发机制、形成资源整合机制、建立农民的联系互动机制等方面创新新型农民培养机制。

Cultivating new-style farmers can provide high quality human resources and stabilized social foundation for socialist new countryside construction, and can effectively promote urban and rural economic and social overall development. Currently, there are still some problems in the farmers＇ cultivation mechanism, such as the imbalance of mechanism of cultivation investment, the irrationality of cultivation mechanism, lack of interactive study in cultivation, and mechanism of tracking feedback. Therefore, we should make innovation of cultivation mechanism for new-style farmers in the following aspects： innovating the training fund investment mechanism, establishing the development mechanism of rural human resources and talents, forming the mechanism of resource integration and building the farmers＇ interaction mechanism.
