变电站管理信息系统的设计

Research and design on new management information system of substations

采用基于工作流技术构建了新的变电站管理信息系统，提出了型MIS系统的结构和设计方案；给出了变电站设备模型，用于MIS系统设备管理模块的构建；基于安全考虑设计了权限管理子系统；针对变电站MIS系统的特点，提出了工作流管理平台的结构和设计，并结合实例描述了其工作流程；根据数据库设计原则设计了MIS系统的数据库。

Based on workflow technology, a new management information system of substations was estab- lished,the structure and design of a new MIS （ management information system） is proposed. The substa- tion equipment model was obtained to construct the equipment management module of MIS. Based on secu- rity considerations, authority management subsystem is designed. According to the features of substations MIS, the structure and design of the workflow management platform is put forward, and its working process is described through examples. Database of the MIS system is designed by the principles of data base design.
