摘要
石灰石一石膏湿法脱硫工艺广泛应用于火电厂,在石膏生产过程中往往由于旋流器工况不佳造成含水量超标。本文从旋流器入口压力、浆液密度、颗粒分布等方面进行了分析,为石膏旋流器的优化运行提供了依据。
Wet limestone - gypsum FGD technology has been widely used in the Thlrmal power plants, but poor working conditions of the cyclone usually leads to the excessive water in the process of gypsum pro- duction. In this paper, the author starts the analysis from gypsum dewatering hydro -cyclone inlet pressure, slurry density, particle distribution and other aspects, and provides the basis of optimal operation for gypsum dewatering hydro - cyclone.
