摘要
由于微波能立即渗入型、芯,促使水分子振动发热,因此在850W微波能加热2~3min条件下,水溶性的动物胶粘剂能迅速脱水,型、芯抗拉强度(粘结剂加入量1.4%)可达2MPa以上。生产应用结果表明,用微波法固化的动物胶质型芯砂能生产出优质铸件。
Because the microwave may penetrate into the mold and core and compel water
molecules to generate heat,water-soluble animal-glue blinder is dehydrated rapidly when heating
for 2~3 min by microwave energy,the tensile strength of sand samples cured by
microwave(1.4%blinder based on sand )can reach over 2 MPa.This kind of sand has been found in
pratice to produce high-quality castings.
