】为减轻零件表面的焊点压痕坑，对其影响因素进行分析，设计了新型下电极头。
In order to
lighten spot weld indentation on part surface,various factors influening it are analysed.A new type
insert electrode tip is designed,which can improve effectively surface state of parts.
