正交设计法优选黔北产厚朴药材的提取工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的通过正交试验研究黔北产厚朴中厚朴酚和和厚朴酚的提取工艺。方法以超声时间、加甲醇量、甲醇体积分数为考察因素,以厚朴酚和和厚朴酚总含量为考察指标,对提取条件进行优选。结果最佳提取工艺为超声40min,甲醇量为25mL,甲醇为纯甲醇。结论优选的工艺稳定、可行、省时,可在制订厚朴药材提取工艺时参考。 Objective To study the extraction technology of magnolol and honokiol in Magnolia officinalis produced prom Qianbei of Guizhou by orthogonal test.Methods Using the orthogonal test,the refluxing time,adding amount of methanol,methanol concentration and total content of magnolol and honokiol were chosen as the indexes for optimizing the exacting condition.Restults The optimized extraction procedure was refluxing for 40 min,pure methanol with amount of 25 mL.Conclusion The optimized technology by this experiment is stable,feasible and timesaving,which can be used as a reference for making the extraction technology of the medicinal herb Magnolia officinalis.
