开展处方评价与分析对合理用药的促进作用

Evaluating and Analyzing Outpatient Emergency Prescriptions to Promote Rational Use of Drugs

目的了解医院开展处方评价与分析专项活动前后门急诊处方的规范性和合理用药情况。方法随机抽取我院2009年1月至6月门急诊处方21324张、7月至12月门急诊处方25162张,根据2007年卫生部《处方管理办法》和有关文献对处方书写规范性和用药合理性进行评价。结果处方评价与分析专项活动前不规范处方9462张(44.37%),用药不合理处方2416张(11.33%);专项活动后不规范处方2275张(9.04%),用药不合理处方1536张(6.10%)。结论开展处方评价与分析专项活动在一定程度上提高了医院门急诊处方质量,但仍存在一定程度的书写不规范现象及不合理用药情况,需引起重视。

Objective To comprehend the standardability of outpatient emergency prescriptions and the status of rational drug use before and after the campaign about the evaluations and analysis of outpatient emergency prescriptions in our hospital.Methods To randomly select 21 324 pieces of outpatient emergency prescriptions from January to June in 2009 and 25 162 pieces of outpatient emergency prescriptions from July to December in 2009.Based on the Administrative Rules on Prescription promulgated by the Ministry of Health in 2007 and other related documents,we evaluated the writing normality and rational use of drugs in these prescriptions.Then the gathered statistic data were analyzed and evaluated for making suggestions.Results Before the campaign,there were 9 462 pieces（44.37%） of non standard prescriptions and 2 416 pieces（11.33%） of irrational use of drugs.After the campaign,there were 2 275 pieces（9.04%） of non standard prescriptions and 1 536 pieces（6.10%） of irrational use of drugs.Conclusion The campaign about the evaluations and analysis of prescriptions improves the quality of outpatient emergency prescriptions to some extend.But there still exist the problems of non-standard prescriptions and irrational use of drugs,which should be paid more attention to.
