城市电网的电力电缆线路比例增大,电网中性点经电阻接地的方式引起广泛关注。以宁波110 kV海油变电站为例,介绍了中性点经电阻接地方案的确定,重点介绍了中性点电阻接入系统的方式,接地变压器容量及电阻值等的选择,以及保护配置和设计原则。
With the increased proportion of power cable used in urban network,the mode of neutral-point resistance grounding is paid for wide attention.Taken Ningbo Haiyou substation as an example,the plan of neutral-point resistance grounging is determined.The mode of neutral-point resistance connected into system,the selection of the capacity of grounding transformer and the selection of resistance value,and the principle of protection configuration and design are discussed in detail.
