相转化法制备P(MMA-AN-ST)凝胶聚合物电解质 被引量:2

Preparing P(MMA-AN-ST)gel polymer electrolyte by phase inversion process

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯腈(AN)和苯乙烯(ST)的三元共聚物为基质,采用相转化法制备P(MMA-AN-ST)凝胶聚合物电解质(GPE)。通过TG和SEM等方法,对聚合物薄膜的稳定性和形貌进行分析,结果表明:薄膜具有良好的热稳定性和丰富的孔隙结构;用线性扫描伏安(LSV)和交流阻抗(EIS)测得:在25℃时P(MMA-AN-ST)的离子电导率为2.63 mS/cm,电化学稳定窗口为5.0 V,制备的模拟电池的循环性能稳定,第30次循环的比容量保持在最高值的95%以上。 Using terpolymer of methyl methacrylate(MMA),acrylonitrile(AN)and styrene(ST)as the matrix,the P(MMA-AN-ST)gel polymer electrolyte(GPE)was prepared by phase inversion process.The stability and morphology of the polymer membrane were analyzed by TG and SEM methods,the results showed that the membrane had a high thermal stability and good porosity.By testing at 25 ℃ with linear sweep voltammetry(LSV)and electrochemical impedance spectrum(EIS),it was found that the ionic conductivity of P(MMA-AN-ST)was 2.63 mS/cm,its electrochemical stability window was 5.0 V,the prepared simulating cell showed stable cycle performance,the specific capacity at the 30th cycle maintained more than 95% of the highest value.
