转移相关基因CD_(44V)6在胃癌中的表达意义

Significance of Expression of CD44v6 in Human Gastric Carcinoma

目的：探讨转移相关基因ＣＤ４４Ｖ６与胃癌某些生物学行为的关系。方法：采用免疫组化ＳＰ法对４２例进展期胃癌进行标记分析。结果：ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阳性表达率肠型胃癌（７０．８３％）明显高于弥漫型胃癌（３３．３３％）（Ｐ＜０．０５）；淋巴结转移组（８２．３５％）明显高于无淋巴结转移组（３６．０％）（Ｐ＜０．０１）；ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阳性率与肿瘤大小无关（Ｐ＞０．０５）；ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阳性表达的不同病理分型的胃癌中淋巴结转移组ＣＤ４４Ｖ６阳性率无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。结论：ＣＤ４４Ｖ６在胃癌的淋巴结转移及癌细胞分化过程中起着重要作用，对早期预测癌细胞的转移潜能、判断胃癌预后具有重要的临床意义。

The expression of CD44v6 in 42 paraffin embedded human gastric cancer tissues were studied with immunohistochemical SP technic. It was found that CD44v6 expression was present in 70.83% of intestine type cancers while it was only 33.33% in diffuse type cancers. The CD44v6 expression in cases with lymph node involvement (14/17) was significantly higher than that without (9/25). There was no association between CD44v6 expression and tumor size.These data suggest that the expression of CD44v6 is of significance in predicting the potential cancer cell metastasis.
