Study on Expression of EGFR in Hematologic Diseases

目的：为研究ＥＧＦＲ在血液系统疾病中的表达情况，并探讨ＥＧＦＲ表达与恶性血液病的关系。方法：应用免疫酶标法检测了４８例恶性血液病（包括急性非淋巴细胞白血病１６例，慢性粒细胞白血病７例，骨髓增生异常综合征２０例，真性红细胞增多症５例）、２１例骨髓良性增生性疾病及４例正常人骨髓细胞的ＥＧＦＲ表达情况，以Ａ４３２细胞系为阳性对照。结果：在正常人及骨髓良性增生性疾病患者的骨髓细胞中未见ＥＧＦＲ表达，在恶性血液病患者的骨髓细胞中也未见ＥＧＦＲ表达。结论：研究结果表明ＥＧＦＲ可能在人类骨髓造血细胞中较少表达，ＥＧＦＲ的表达较少参与人类恶性血液病的发生与发展。

Objective: To study the expression of EGFR in hematologic diseases and the relationship between EGFR expression and malignant hematologic diseases. Methods: The expression of EGFR on bone marrow cells from 48 malignant hematologic diseases (including 16 cases of acute non lymphocytic leukemia, 7 chronic myeloid leukemia,20 myelodysplastic syndromes and 5 polycythemia vera), 21 benign hematologic diseases and 4 healthy controls were determined by using immunochemical stain. Results: The bone marrow cells from healthy controls and patients with benign hematologic diseases had no EGFR expression and so did the bone marrow cells from malignant hematologic diseases. Conclusion: Human bone marrow cells may rarely have EGFR expression and the EGFR expression is rarely related to malignant hematologic disorders.
