“麝香颈康汤”治疗颈椎病的临床对比研究

Clinical and Compararive Study on“Deer Musk Neck_Rehabilitating Decoction” In the Treatment of Cervical Spondylopathy

本组观察２５８例颈椎病患者，治疗组１７２例，以麝香颈康汤（黄芪、川芎、防己、补骨脂、人工麝香、人工牛黄等）治疗；对照组８６例，用骨刺宁Ⅰ号方治疗。结果：治疗组治愈５４例，好转１０５例，未愈１３例，总有效率９２４％；对照组治愈１３例，好转４９例，未愈２４例，总有效率７２１％，两组比较Ｐ＜００１。治疗组年龄≥４５岁疗效较好，治疗时间明显比对照组短。

The observation was performed in the group of 258 cases sick with cervical spondylopathy.In the treatment group,172 cases were treated with “Deer Musk Neck-Rehabilitating Decoction” (composed of Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Radix Stephaniae Tetramdrae,Fructus Psoraleae,artificial musk,artificial Calculus Bovis).In the control group,86 cases were treated with “Spur-Peace No.1 Formula.”The results showed that in the treatment group,54 cases were cured,and 105 cases were relieved and 13 cases failed,with the total effective rate of 92.4%;and that in the control group,13 cases were cured,and 49 cases were relieved and 24 cases failed,with the total effective rate of 72.1%.The difference between the therapeutic effects in two groups is P<0.01.
