小脑发育不良性神经节细胞瘤合并Cowden综合征一例 被引量：1

摘要 患者女，49岁。1999年及2003年发现右乳腺及左乳腺肿物，分别行肿瘤切除术，病理均为乳腺浸润性导管癌，未见癌转移。2007年6月出现头痛头晕及行走不稳，12月出现复视，视力下降，经眼科治疗后复视消失。MRI发现右小脑占位性病变。患者无此类疾病家族史。
