面神经颅内段解剖及其在听神经瘤时的病理解剖变化 被引量：3

摘要 面神经解剖保留已成为当今听神经瘤手术切除的常规，也是衡量听神经瘤手术成功与否的关键因素，但大型听神经瘤手术全切除及面神经保留仍然是神经外科具有挑战性的难题。本文复习文献，对面神经的解剖及其与听神经瘤的病理解剖关系方面的研究进展进行综述。
