The relationship between estrogen and thyroid carcinoma

摘要 雌激素主要通过其特异受体即雌激素受体(ER)作用于甲状腺癌细胞。雌激素通过其受体结合雌激素反应因子,激活多种基因从而影响甲状腺癌细胞生长。雌激素还通过丝裂原而活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号传导途径,刺激甲状腺癌细胞生长。 Estrogen difinitely influences the growth of thyroid carcinoma cells by estrogen receptors.Estrogen binds to estrogen receptor with biological response,then activating many genes,these genes involve the growth of thyroid carcinoma cells.And estrogen stimulates the growth of thyroid carcinoma cells by the mitogen activated protein kinases signal transduction pathway.
