铲状电极经尿道气化治疗前列腺增生疗效观察(附68例报告)

Transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(Report of 68 cases)

目的 :观察铲状电极经尿道气化切割治疗前列腺增生症 ( BPH)的近期疗效。方法 :应用铲状电极经尿道气化切割治疗 BPH68例。结果 :手术时间平均 65 min,术中平均失血 60 ml,无电切综合征发生 ;切除前列腺组织重量平均 19g。 64例随访 1～ 6个月 ,IPSS评分从术前 2 6.7分降至8.3分 ,最大尿流率从术前 4.8ml/s增加至 17.6ml/s。结论 :铲状电极经尿道气化切割技术具有气化和切割的双重作用 ,创面平整 ,切割速度较快 ,是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效显著的方法。

Purpose:To observe short term curative effect of transurethral eleclrovaprization ablation of the prostate for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods:68 cases of BPH were treated using transurethral electrovaporization ablation of the prostate (TUEVAP).Results:The mean operative time,intraoperative bleading and weight of prostate tissue resected were respectively 65 minutes,60 ml and 19 g.No patients experienced TUR sydrome.Following up for 1~6 months,IPSS decreased from 26.7 to 8.3 and MFR increased from 4.8 ml/s to 17.6 ml/s.Conclusions:It was concluded that TUEVAP was vaporization and ahlation with smooth surface of the wound and more speed.Tts advantage was safety,low complication and evident efficacy.
