曾患前列腺炎的前列腺增生症的治疗(附83例报告)

Surgical experence of BPH with history of prostatitis (Report of 83 cases)

目的 :探讨治疗曾患前列腺炎的前列腺增生症 ( BPH)的最佳术式。方法 :对 83例已确诊为该类型 BPH的患者进行随机分组 , 组 42例 ,行经尿道前列腺电切术 ( TURP) , 组 41例 ,行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术 ,并对上述两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、手术难易程度及预后进行了比较。结果 : 组较 组手术时间短 ,易操作 ,出血少 ,并发症少 ,预后好。结论 :建议具备电切设备及熟练的腔内治疗技术的医院在处理此类型 BPH患者时应首选 TURP。

Purpose:To explore the best operative method for freatment of BPH patients who had a previous history of prostatitis.Methods:83 patients confirmed by clinical examination were grouped into 2 parts at random:part Ⅰ were 42 cases who underwent TURP,and part Ⅱ were 41 cases who underwent suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy.The two parts were compared in terms of operation time,bleeding volume,degree of difficulty and prognosis.Results:part Ⅰ was better than part Ⅱ dut to the reasons as follows:short operation time,easy to do,less bleeding,few complication and better outcome.Conclusions:It was recommended that TURP would be the first choice for management of such patients in the hospitals equiped with endourologic facilities and skilled urologists.
