摘要
教师是职业倦怠的高发人群。职业倦怠的产生直接影响到教师的心理健康和教学效率。本文从社会、学校、个人三个方面分析了教师职业倦怠产生的原因以其应对策略。
Teachers are easy fall in burnout. Work burnout directly influence teachers＇psychological health and teaching efficiency. This paper analyze the reasons that teachers＇ burnout come in to being from three sides.
