扣球是排球基本技术中攻击性最强的一项技术,它在比赛中占有重要地位,是得分、得发球权的主要手段,扣球是战术配合最终目的。强有力、战术多变的扣球可使对方难以防守和组织反击,从而掌握比赛的主动权。本文采用文献资料、录像统计、数理统计等研究方法,以2009—2010年全国女排联赛决赛为研究对象,结果表明:主动进攻得分和减少自身失误失分是现代女子排球比赛的得失分基本规律之一,攻防两端的稳定发挥是取得比赛的重要因素。
