摘要
本文根据盘锦市环境现状、市"十一五"环境保护规划执行情况,针对环境保护"十二五"规划中涉及的相关问题:大气污染治理、水环境保护、固体废弃物污染控制、农村环境污染治理等方面提出了相应的规划思路。
