摘要
建安合同管理是核电项目管理的一项重要的内容,建安工程投资额度大、项目多、周期长,从事建安合同管理工作人员,必须熟悉工程项目合同的特点,对合同履行和变更进行严格管理,保证建筑工程施工合同的正常履行。本文对建安合同管理相关问题进行了梳理,并提出了建议。
