摘要
利用Protel DXP的原理图仿真模块可以对电路原理图进行仿真分析。在理论教学过程中运用该仿真功能对电路进行分析,可以提高学生的学习兴趣,在较短时间内加深学生对理论知识的理解;在工程设计过程中利用该功能对所设计的电路进行测试,可以降低开发费用,缩短产品开发周期。本文运用该仿真功能对三极管的输出特性曲线,共发射极放大电路的静态工作点、放大倍数、频率响应等进行了仿真,并以数据或波形显示的形式给出了仿真结果。
Protel DXP can simulate and analyse the circuit schematics. During the theory teaching, this simulation function can make the students have much more interest in learning the subject, and also can cause the deeper comprehension of the theory knowledge; During the project design ,it can test the circuit which can reduce the expenses, curtail the developlng period of the products. This paper introduces the simulations on the output characteristics of the transistor and the common-emitter amplifier'?quiescent operating point, gain, frequency response. The results are given by the data or wave forms.
