摘要
发电厂中机组各系统随着机组负荷的变化,各种系统参数随工况的变化而不断变化,为了实现准确地控制,采用控制阀门或挡板开度的方法,人为增减阻力,使大量能量损失在阀门和挡板上。随着变频调速技术的日渐成熟,可以实现根据电动机的负载特性来调整泵与风机的转速来适应压力流量等参数的要求,从而具有明显的节能特性。
With the unit load changing,various systems parameters with the changing conditions change, in order to achieve precise control,by the way of adjusting baffles or valves, the loss of energy in the baffles or valves. As the frequency conversion technology being ripe, to the load " s characteristics of the motor adjusting the speed of pumps or fans to meet the demands of the pressure ,the flow and other parameter, thus having an obvious energy conservation feature.
