摘要 目的探讨颅脑损伤对股骨干骨折愈合的影响。方法 18例脑外伤合并股骨干骨折患者(A组)和18例单纯股骨干骨折患者(B组)均行髓内钉内固定治疗,记录骨痂量和骨折愈合时间,并进行统计学分析。结果骨痂体积:A组(233.63±8.72)cm3,B组(48.40±2.09)cm3,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);骨折愈合时间:A组(11.83±1.58)周,B组(14.00±2.29)周,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论脑外伤和骨折愈合存在一定的联系,可以加快骨折愈合,增多骨痂量。 Objective To discuss the relationship between femoral shaft fracture union and brain injury.Methods 18 patients with brain injuries and fractures of the femoral shaft were treated with Smith Nephew intramedullary nail fixation(Group A).18 patients without brain injury but with similar femoral fractures were treated with Smith Nephew intramedullary nails(Group B).The volume of callus and the time to union were recorded.Results The volume of callus of group A was(233.63±8.72)cm3,and group B was(48.40±2.09)cm3.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).The time to union of group A was(11.83±1.58)weeks,and group B was(14.00±2.29)weeks.There was significant difference between the two groups(P0.01).Conclusions The volumetric callus response and the time to union of fracture are relevant to brain injury,which can facilitate fracture healing by enhancing callus formation.
