经皮椎体成形术治疗椎体骨质疏松性骨折疗效观察 被引量:6

The clinical outcome of percutaneous vertebroplasty for osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法应用PVP治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折15例(20个椎体)。结果 15例穿刺均成功。有4例发生骨水泥渗漏,但均无临床症状,无严重并发症。VAS评分:术前为6~9(8.3±1.4)分,术后2周为1~4(2.2±1.2)分,术后1年为1~5(2.0±1.3)分,与术前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PVP手术操作简单、安全,能有效缓解骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折引起的疼痛,疗效较满意。 Objective To assess the clinical outcome of percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures(OVCF).Methods 15 patients with OVCF undergoing PVP were reviewed.Results The puncture was succeeded in 15 patients(20 vertebrae).4 cases got bone cement leakages,but did not get clinical symptom.No severe complication was found.The visual analog scale(VAS)improved from a mean preoperative score of 6~9(8.3±1.4)to a mean postoperative score of 1~4(2.2±1.2)and 1~5(2.0±1.3)after 2 weeks and 1 year,respectively(P0.01).Conclusions PVP provides significant relief in a high percentage of patients with refractory pain.PVP is a safe and feasible treatment for patients with OVCF.
