摘要
目的探讨螺旋CT三维重建技术在髋臼骨折中的应用。方法回顾性分析经X线平片、螺旋CT扫描证实的髋臼骨折患者160例影像资料。结果所有病例经螺旋CT扫描及重建均能显示骨折。横断面图像可以显示髋臼顶的骨折、髋臼后壁的骨折、累及范围及关节移位等。三维重建立体地显示了骨折线走行方向、骨碎片及股骨头的移位情况。结论螺旋CT对于术前充分了解损伤情况,制定严格的手术计划,具有重要的指导意义,是髋臼骨折术前的重要检查手段。
Objective To explore the application of MSCT three-dimensional in the diagnosis of acetabulum fracture.Methods The image data from 160 patients with the acetabulum fracture,including X ray plain film and spiral CT scanning,were analyzed retrospectively.Results In all patients,the scanning of spiral CT and reconstruction showed the bone fracture.Cross section image could display the fracture and shifting of acetabular bone top,and the posterior fracture,involved scope and joint shift of acetabular bone.Three-dimensional imaging showed the stereo direction of fracture line,bone chips and the shifting of femoral head clearly.Conclusion Spiral CT may play an important role in getting the message of bone damage and instituting strict operation plan,which may be the most important examination device of the acetabulum fracture.
