摘要
目的总结甲状腺结节的临床特点、诊断和外科治疗方法。方法分析我院１９８５～１９９７年外科手术治疗的甲状腺结节８３７例，其中结节性甲状腺肿６１２例，甲状腺肿瘤１４４例，甲状腺癌７６例，桥本氏病５例。结果治愈８２８例，好转９例。
Objective To discuss the clinic manifestation,diagnosis,and surgical treatment of thyroid nodule.Methods 837 thyroid nodular patients undergoing operation in our hospital from 1985 to 1997 were analysed retrospectively.Histological examination of resected thyroid tissue revealed that multinodular goiters is 612,thyroid adenoma 144,thyroid carcinoma 76,and Hashimoto's disease 5.Results Among 837 patients,828 cases were cared and 9 cases were improved.Conclusions Correct diagnosis combined with different treatment is very important for the success of surgical treatment.
