顽固性低钠血症2例诊治体会并文献复习
摘要
低钠血症在临床工作中经常遇到,大部分病人给与补充氯化钠后即可很快纠正,但有的病人补充纠正后很快再次出现低钠血症,反复发作,甚至少数病人积极补充氯化钠也不能有效纠正。我院消化内科治疗2例顽固性低钠血症病人,均取得了良好效果,现报告如下。
