EB病毒诱导基因3蛋白的生物学效应 被引量:1

摘要 EB病毒诱导基因3(epstein-barr virus-induced gene3,EBI3)是一种在EB病毒感染的B淋巴细胞中发现并命名的红细胞生成素受体样糖蛋白。它参与组成细胞因子IL-27和IL-35,在T细胞的增殖,Th1、Th2和Th17细胞以及NK细胞诱导分化过程中具有重要的免疫调节效应。同时EBI3作为CD4+CD25+Foxp3+调节性T细胞中Foxp3转录因子的下游靶位,可以促进调节性T细胞的增殖,并对效应性T细胞具有抑制功能。EBI3这些重要的免疫活性在自身免疫性疾病、感染性疾病、肿瘤以及变应性疾病等临床多种疾病的发生、发展中均具有重要的生物学效应。
