薄层扫描法测定扶正胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量

Determination of astragaloside in Fuzheng capsules by TLC scanning

目的：研究中药三类新药扶正胶囊中黄芪甲苷的定量方法。方法：样品用水饱和正丁醇提取，再经氨试液处理及大孔树脂的精制后点于硅胶Ｇ薄层板上，以氯仿甲醇水（６５∶３５∶１０）在１０℃以下放置的下层液展开，用ＣＳ９３０型薄层扫描仪在λｓ＝４００ｎｍ，λＲ＝７００ｎｍ下扫描。结果：本方法的平均回收率为９８．７％，ＲＳＤ为１．２％。结论：结果显示该方法灵敏，准确，专属性强。

OBJECTIVE: To study a method for determination of astragalosid in Fuzheng capsules the patent Chinese medicine.METHODS: The capsules were extracted with n-buty1 alcohol and then purified with NH 4OH solution and macroporous resin respectively .The sample was applied on a silica G plate and developed at room temperature with the lower phase of CHCL 3 -CH 3OH-H 2O(65∶35∶10)that was separated at lower than 10℃,the separated spot was determined by CS-930 at λ s=400nm, λ R=700nm.RESULTS: The analytical recovery was 98.7%and the RSD was 1.2%.CONCLUSION:The results showed that this method for determination of astragaloside in Fuzheng capsules is sensitive,specific and accurate.
