Quantitative Determination of Glycyrrhetinic Acid in “Qizhiweitong Granule” by HPLC

应用高效液相色谱法测定气滞胃痛冲剂中甘草次酸的含量，回收率为（９７．４１±２．２０）％。

Glycyrrhetinic acid in “Qizhiweitong Granule” was determined quantitatively by HPLC.The procedure was simple and rapid.The results were stable and reproducible.The average recovery was (97 41±2 20)%,and coefficient of correlation was 0 999 7.The results showed that this method is suitable for the quality control of “Qizhiweitong Granule”.
