摘要
目的通过检测孕妇血中微小病毒Ｂ１９的感染，了解对新生儿的影响。方法应用聚合酶链反应技术（ＰＣＲ）检测２９例临床有感染症状的孕妇血清中微小病毒Ｂ１９ＤＮＡ。结果２９例孕妇血清中微小病毒Ｂ１９ＤＮＡ阳性反应的有４例，其新生儿有１例因胎儿水肿死亡，２例出现溶血性黄疸，１例低体重儿。结论应用ＰＣＲ技术检测孕妇血清微小病毒Ｂ１９ＤＮＡ有临床实用价值。
Objective:To investigate the effects of human parvovirus B19 infection in pregnant women on newborns.Methods:DNA of human parvovirus B19 was detected in 29 serum samples of pregnant women with infectious symptoms by polymerase chain reaction(PCR)technique.Results:Parvovirus B19 DNA was found in 4 pregnant women.Among their newborns,one case died of fetus edema,two had neonatal hemolytic jaundice,one was low birth weight newborn.Conclusion:It was clinically useful to detect the human parvovirus B19 DNA in serum of pregnant women by PCR. \ \
