妇产科术后预防深静脉血栓栓塞症护理的临床分析

Clinical analysis of nursing for preventing deep vein thromboembolism of postoperation of obstetrics and gynecology

目的:探讨妇产科术后预防下肢深静脉血栓形成的有效护理措施。方法:回顾性分析我院剖宫产1000例患者临床资料,将患者分为对照组和治疗组,对照组给予传统护理,治疗组给予护理干预。结果:经过护理后,治疗组发生下肢深静脉血栓2例,对照组发生下肢深静脉血栓9例,经比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:患者行剖宫产后通过有效护理干预,可有效预防DVT发生。

Objective：To investigate effective nurse for preventing postoperative deep vein thrombosis of obstetric and gynecological in lower limp.Methods：Ana-lyse 1000 cases of cesarean section in our hospital.The patients were divided into the control group and the therapeutical group.The control group was gave conventional care.The therapeutical group was gave nursing intervention.Results：2 cases of deep venous thrombosis in lower limp occurred in the control group.9 cases occurred in the therapeutical group.By comparing,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion：It can prevent DVT from occurre that the patients were gave effective nurs-ing intervention after cesarean section.
