龙岗区坂田街道2005～2009年肺结核病疫情分析

Analysis on the Tuberculosis Epidemic Situation in Longgang Bantian Neighborhood in 2005～2009

目的:分析坂田街道2005～2009年肺结核病疫情情况,为制订防治策略提供依据。方法:利用2005～2009年坂田街道人口及疫情报告资料,按年份进行疫情的流行病学分析。结果:自2005～2009年肺结核可疑患者就诊率呈上升趋势,从2005年的64.91/10万上升到2009年的89.25/10万,上升了37.49%。全街道各社区均有发病,没有明显的地区性,时间分布3月～12月份呈发病高峰,其中10月份发病稍多,占10.02%;男性多于女性,其比例为1:0.58;以17～40岁为主,占89.02%。结论:坂田街道的肺结核发病主要以男性、年轻人为主,工种以工人和家庭待业为主,为有效控制肺结核,需加强对外来工及在家待业人员的调查,及时发现和治疗管理可疑患者,做好劳务工的宣传教育非常重要。

Objective：Through analyzing the tuberculosis epidemic situation in Bantian neighborhood in2005 ～2009 in order to provide basis for making preven-tion strategy.Methods：Utilize population data and epidemic report data of Biantian neighborhood in 2005 ～ 2009,and carry out pandemic analysis on the epidemic on annual basis.Results：From 2005 to 2009,the hospital visiting numbers of suspected tuberculosis patients had an increasing trend,which increased from 64.91 out of 100,000 persons in 2005 to 89.25 out of 100,000 persons in 2009,presenting an increase rate of 37.49%.There were cases in all communities in the neighborhood,and there was no distinctive localized characteristics.In terms of distribution over time,the months between March and December was the peak epidemic season,of which ca-ses in October,accounting for 10.02% of the yearly total,was more than other single months.There were more male cases than female cases,with a ratio of 1：0.58.In terms of age,most cases are in the age between 17 and 40,accounting for 89.02% of all cases.Conclusion：Tuberculosis cases in Bantian neighborhood were mainly male and young people and are mainly in workers and unemployed groups.In order to effectively prevent tuberculosis,survey on migrant workers and unemployed people should be strengthened so as to identify,treat and manage suspected cases.It is very important to implenent publicity and education for migration workers too.
