小儿疱疹性口炎临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Herpetic stomatitis in children

目的:总结小儿疱疹性口炎内外联治的临床治疗效果。方法:对照组16例常规西医治疗,治疗组16例在对照组治疗基础上,用聚肌胞注射液外涂患处,有继发感染者使用抗生素治疗。结果:治疗组能明显缩短病程,有效改善临床症状和体征。结论:聚肌胞外涂配合常规治疗疱疹性口炎效果较好。

Objective：To summarize clinical observation of herpetic stomatitis in children both within and outside treatment.Methods：16 cases in control group,treated with conventional western medicine.Based on western medicine treatment,the treatment group with 16 cases coated the lesion with polyinosinic injection,if there is secondary infection treated with antibiotics.Results：The course of the treatment was significantly shorten,the clinical symptoms and signs were effectively improved in treatment group.Conclusion：Polyinosinic coated with conventional therapy for herpes stomatitis have better-effect.
