摘要
目的:为了探索综合疗法治疗焦虑症的疗效和不良反应。方法:对50例临床诊断为焦虑症的患者进行为期60天的治疗、观察。采取汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及(药物的)副反应量表(TESS)进行评定。结果:综合疗法治疗焦虑症的有效率是96%,显效率90%,治愈率30%,主要不良反应以轻度抗胆碱能反应为主,无药物成瘾性。结论:综合疗法治疗焦虑症,临床上用药时间短、见效快、药物的毒、副作用小,疗效显著。病人对治疗的依从性好。
Objective：TO probe the curative effect and side effect caused by Composite treatment on anxiety disease.Method：Treat and observe50 casesdiagosed as anxiety disease for 60 days.Adopt HAMA and TESS to evaluate its effect.Result：96% is effective,90% with obvious effect,and the cure rate is 30 percent.Slight anticholine is the main side effect,without drug addiction.Conclusion：The Composite treatment on anxiety disease,use medicine time short,take effect quickly,has obvious curative effect.harmful reaction is trifling and patient felling is good.
