摘要
目的:探讨骨盆环的结构特点,设计髓内穿钉固定术式。方法:对8例骨盆标本进行解剖,测定各骨柱中轴腔直径及穿出点位置。结果:髋臼前后柱及骶髂关节联接部有一定直径的中轴松质骨腔,其中轴线可根据易显露的解剖标志进行选定,经此轴线可容许穿过骨圆针或拉力螺丝钉。结论:骨盆环变形骨折、脱位可以在较少的显露下,得到准确、可靠的复位固定,恢复骨盆环的完整,预防畸形和其它并发症的发生,对于减少病人残疾。
Objective:To explore the structural character of pelvic ring and a new internal fixation in the treatment of pelvic fracture.Methods:The centraxoinial cavities and perforators of bony columns were determinated in 8 dissected specimens.Results:The central axial cavity of cancellous substance was existed in sagittal cohumn of acetabulum and connecting part of sacroiliac joint, whose centraxonial line could be determinated by the exposed anatomical marker and be pierced through by osseous pin or lagscrew.Conclusions:The fracture and the dislocation of pelvis can be fixed accurately and firmly with less exposure.
