急性胰腺炎的舒适护理

Comfort care for acute pancreatitis

目的:探讨急性胰腺炎(AP)舒适护理的临床效果。方法:将我科2006年1月-2008年11月收治的AP患者中120例作为实验组,将2005年收治的AP病人中的58例作为对照组,使用"护理满意度调查表"。对两组病人的满意度进行评价,实验组病人满意度明显高于对照组。结论:舒适护理在AP患者的治疗过程中起到了重要作用,提高了患者满意度,从而提高了服务质量。

Objective：To exploreclinical effects of the comfort care for acute pancreatitis（AP）.Methods：One hundred and twenty AP patients admitted and treated in our department from January 2006 to November 2008 served as the experimental group;while 58 others in 2005 as the control group.Questionnaire on Satisfaction Degree of Nursing Care handed to the two groups showed a higher satisfaction degree with the experimental group than with the other.Conclusion：Comfort care has played a vital role in treating AP patients,promoted the satisfaction degree,and improved the service quality.
