摘要
目的:监测患者地高辛(digoxin)血药浓度,为临床安全、有效、合理使用强心苷类药物提供参考。方法:采用荧光偏振免疫法测定地高辛的血药浓度,并对地高辛血药浓度的结果、患者年龄、疾病等进行的统计分析。结果:地高辛血药浓度个体差异大,年龄对血药浓度有显著影响,随着年龄增大,地高辛血药浓度呈增高的趋势。结论:及时有效监测地高辛血药浓度,对制定个体化给药方案,确保临床疗效,减少毒性反应的发生,具有非常重要的意义。
Objective：To monitor patientswith digoxin plasma concentration for clinical safe,effective and rational use of cardiac glycosidesdrug reference.Methods：FPIA determination of digoxin concentration in the blood,and blood digoxin concentration in the outcome of patients with age,diseases such as statistical analysis carried out.Results：Digoxin in blood concentration is large individual differences.Ages in blood concentration is significant effect,along with increasing age,digoxin con-centration in blood was increased.Conclusion：In a timely and effective monitoring of digoxin serum concentration on the development of individualized treatment programs to ensure that the clinical efficacy and reduce the occurrence of toxicity,it is a great significance.
