摘要
目的:探讨质量管理体系在门诊护理管理中的应用价值。方法:总结我院将质量管理体系应用于门诊护理管理中的成功经验,并结合相关文献,形成理论。结果:通过引进质量管理体系,我院门诊护理管理质量和效率得到有效提升,患者满意度有了显著提高。结论:科学利用质量管理体系可有效提高护理管理水平,改善门诊护患关系,值得临床推广。
Objective：Discusses the value of quality management system in the application of the management on outpatient nursing.Methods：To summarize our quality management system applied in the successful experience of outpatient nursing management,And reviewing the related literature,Forming conclusion.Results：By introducing quality management system,our quality and efficiency of outpatient nursing management effectively,patient satisfaction has been improved greatly.Conclution：The use of the quality management system of science can effectively increase the level of outpatient nursing management,improve the relations,it is worth popularizing.
