摘要
目的研究肿瘤坏死因子(tumornecrosisfactor,TNFα)、血小板源生长因子(plateletderivedgrowthfactor,PDGF)在翼状胬肉发病机制中的作用。方法采用放射免疫检测技术和细胞生物活性法,检测30例翼状胬肉患者组织的体外培养上清液中TNFα和PDGF的含量。结果翼状胬肉组的组织培养上清液中的TNFα和PDGF含量均明显高于正常球结膜组(t=2.827,P<0.01;t=3.011,P<0.01),进展期组与静止期组相比差异有显著性(t=2.374,P<0.05;t=2712,P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉的发生、发展可能与TNFα和PDGF的异常分泌有关。
Objective To study the roles of tumor necrosis factor (TNF α) and platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) in pathogenesis of pterygium. Methods Radioimmunoassay and bioactivity assay were used to measure the levels of TNF α and PDGF in tissue culture supernatant of pterygium specimens obtained from 30 patients. Results The levels of TNF α and PDGF in tissue culture supernatant of pterygium were significantly higher than that of normal conjunctival specimens ( t =2.827, P <0.01; t =3.011, P <0.01), and there was a significant difference between progressive and quiescent cases ( t =2.374, P <0.05; t =2 712, P <0.05). Conclusions The abnormal secretion of TNF α and PDGF may be related to the pathogenesis of pterygium.
