摘要 目的:探讨CT检查在预防关节周围骨折漏诊及辅助手术治疗中的作用。方法:对我院2000-2008年间收治的关节周围骨折病人的诊治过程进行回顾性复习,将X光片检查和使用CT检查对骨折的诊断进行比较,并将术前使用CT重建和非重建的手术进行分组,对相关资料进行统计学分析。结果:CT检查的漏诊率明显的低于X光片检查;CT三维重建手术的优良率高于非重建组。结论:CT检查在预防关节周围骨折漏诊及指导手术方面具有显著优势。 To explore the CT examination in diagnosis and prevention joint around fractures.Surgical treatment auxiliary.Methods:The clinical2000-2008 years the diagnosis and treatment of patients with fracture of joints around were retrospectively review process,X-ray examination and use of diagnostic CT examination of fractures,and compared with the preoperative computed tomography(CT)use reconstruction surgery,the reconstruction of related data packet on statistical analysis.Results:The CT Obviously the CT is lower than X-ray examination in missed diagnosis,CT of 3d reconstruction surgery is better than the group.Conclusion:CT examination in diagnosis and prevention joint around fracture has significant guidance surgery.
