摘要
本文以旧城改造中的保护和重建为切入点，对历史街区的改造经验和国外相关理论的运用进行了研究和分析，提出了旧城保护与更新的具体措施和建设性意见。
This article by urban regeneration in the protection and reconstruction as the starting point of the historical districts of experience and the application of foreign theories were studied and analyzed,the protection and renewal of old concrete measures and constructive comments.
