老龄男性血浆性激素与T淋巴细胞功能的关系

RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SEXUAL HORMONE AND FUNCTIONS OF PERIPHERAL T LYMPHOCYTE IN AGED MAN

为探讨老年男性人群血浆雌二醇及睾酮含量与Ｔ淋巴细胞功能的相关性，以５０岁以上男性为研究对象，应用放射免疫法和生物测定法分别检测了血浆睾酮、雌二醇含量和Ｔ淋巴细胞功能。①随增龄血浆雌二醇（Ｅ２）含量明显升高，睾酮（Ｔ）含量显著降低，二者呈明显的负相关关系，Ｅ２／Ｔ比值随增龄明显增大；②外周血淋巴细胞丝裂原反应性和血浆ＩＬ－２活性随增龄而下降；③Ｅ２／Ｔ比值与外周血淋巴细胞丝裂原反应性和血浆ＩＬ－２活性均呈明显的负相关关系（ｒ＝－０．３０１７，Ｐ＜０．０００１；ｒ＝－０．１４７８，Ｐ＜０．０１）。Ｅ２／Ｔ比值失衡可能是老龄男性人群Ｔ淋巴细胞功能下降的原因之一。

In order to investigate the relationship between cell immunologic function and hormonal levels of elderly,we studied the mitogenesis of peripheral T lymphocyte and IL 2 activities using bioassay technique,and plasma testosterone(T) and estradiol(E2) levels using radio immunoassay techniques.The results showed:(1)Plasma testosterone levels decreased and plasma estradiol levels increased with aging,presenting remarkable negative correlation between contents of testosterone and estradiol( r =-0.1974, P <0.0001);(2)Mitogenesis of peripheral T lymphocyte and IL 2 activities decreased with aging.(3)Mitogenesis of T lymphocyte and IL 2 activities presented negative correlation certain correlation with E2/T( r =-0.3017, P <0.0001; r =-0.1478, P <0.01).These results indicated that alteration of T lymphocyte function in aged men might be correlated with alteration of in vivo testosterone and corticosteroid level,and might supply experimental basis for further study of mechanism of decreased immunologic function in aged men.
