铜胁迫下7个高羊茅品种耐性和铜积累能力的比较 被引量:9

The Comparison of Copper Tolerance and Copper Accumulation Activity of Seven Festuca arundinacea Varieties under Copper Stress

摘要 用Cu2+(CuSO4)浓度0(CK)、10、40、160mg/L分别处理7个高羊茅品种植株,测定供试品种鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、根系脱氢酶活性、质膜透性、Cu2+含量等指标,比较7个品种耐铜性和铜积累量。与对照相比,在不同浓度Cu2+胁迫下,有的品种鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量和根系脱氢酶活性呈先上升后下降趋势,有的品种呈下降趋势;而7个高羊茅品种质膜透性均呈上升趋势。对单株干重、叶绿素含量、根系脱氢酶活性、质膜透性4项指标进行综合评价结果表明:在Cu2+10mg/L胁迫下,7个品种耐铜性由强到弱的顺序为缤狗>爱瑞3号>翠碧A>热浪>宇宙星>里园2号>家园;在Cu2+40mg/L胁迫下,耐铜性的顺序为缤狗>爱瑞3号>热浪>宇宙星>里园2号>翠碧A>家园;在Cu2+160mg/L胁迫下,耐铜性的顺序为里园2号>缤狗>宇宙星>爱瑞3号>家园>翠碧A>热浪。随着Cu2+浓度的增加,各品种叶和根Cu2+含量、根Cu2+积累量、热浪和里园2号叶Cu2+积累量均呈上升趋势。在Cu2+10、40mg/L的污染较轻环境中,缤狗耐受性最强,但叶Cu2+积累能力均弱于热浪和翠碧A,故选用热浪和翠碧A修复较好;而对Cu2+160mg/L污染较严重环境中,则宜选用耐受性和叶Cu2+积能力量均较强的里园2号、缤狗、宇宙星、爱瑞3号。因此,在治理Cu2+污染环境时,要根据环境污染程度、品种耐铜性和叶积累Cu2+能力,合理选用高羊茅品种。 The plants of 7 Festuca arundinacea Schreb varieties were treated with Cu2+ of concentrations of 0 (CK), 10, 40, 160 mg/L, and fresh weight, dry weight, chlorophyll content, root dehydrogenase activity, plasma membrane permeability and Cu2+ content were determined to compare copper tolerance and copper accumulation amount of the varieties.Compared with CK, fresh and dry weight, chlorophyll content and root dehydrogenase activity of some varieties increased at the beginning and then declined, while others continuously decreased, but the permeability of 7 varieties increased under different Cu2 + stress The comprehensive analysis of plant dry weight, chlorophyll content, root dehydrogenase activity, the plasma membrane permeability indicated that:under Cu2+ 10 mg/L stress, the order of copper tolerance for different varieties was BingoArid 3Triple ASoutheastAscending StarWranglerⅡPlantation, under Cu2+ 40 mg/L stress, the order was BingoArid 3SoutheastAscending StarWranglerⅡTriple APlantation, under Cu2+ 160 mg/L stress, the order was WranglerⅡBingoAscending StarArid 3PlantationTriple ASoutheast.The Cu2+ content in leaves and roots, the Cu2+ accumulation amount in roots of 7 varieties increased under Cu2+ stress.The copper tolerance for Bingo was the highest in the 7 varieties, but Cu2 + accumulation amount in its leaves was less than those for Southeast and Triple A, and the 2 varieties were selected because of their better remediation capability in the environment of Cu2 + 10 ~40 mg/L pollution; and Wrangler, Bingo, Ascending Star, Arid 3 were selected because of their the stronger Cu2+ tolerance and the higher leaf Cu2+ accumulation amount in the environment of Cu2+ 160 mg/L pollution.Therefore, F.arundinacea Schreb varieties should be selected based the pollution degree of the environment, copper tolerance and Cu2+ accumulation ability of the varieties in the management of Cu2+ polluted environment.
