摘要 采用16S rDNA序列分析法对香蕉根部内生细菌种群多样性进行初步研究,随机选择12个阳性克隆测序。结果表明,该序列与未培养及可培养的芽孢杆菌、雷尔氏菌、伯克氏菌、戴尔福特菌、肠杆菌等细菌的序列同源性在97%~100%之间,说明香蕉根部存在大量未培养及可培养的内生细菌。 The diversity of endophytic bacteria living in banana (Musa paradisiaca) root was studied with 16S rDNA sequence analysis method.12 positive clones of randomly selected were sequenced, the results showed they had the homology of 99%~100% with Bacillus sp, Ralstonia sp, Burkholderia sp, Delftia sp, Enterobacter sp, which were uncultured and cultured bacteria.It was confirmed that lots of endophytic bacteria living in the banana root.
