五效蒸发装置不锈钢管道失效分析与对策

摘要 采用化学分析、金相分析及腐蚀产物成分测定等方法对泄漏管道进行检测,对其失效原因进行分析。结果表明,应力腐蚀是管道失效的根本原因,并提出了解决对策,制定了双相钢焊接工艺,保证了焊接接头的力学性能和耐腐蚀性,成功地解决了管道失效问题。 Inspection was carried out on the leakage pipe with chemical analysis, metallurgical examination and corrosion product composition measurement methods, and the failure causes were analyzed. Result showed that stress corrosion was the essential cause. Duplex stainless steel welding process was developed which guaranteed the mechanical property and corrosion resistance of welding joints and therefore successfully settle the problem of pipeline failure.
