职业性强噪声对配戴个体防护用品工人心血管系统的影响

Effect of Occupational Strong Noise on Cardiovascular System of Workers Who Wear Personal Protective Equipment

摘要 目的了解廊坊市某制造企业接噪工人的健康状况,探讨职业性强噪声对已采取个体防护措施的工人心血管系统的影响。方法检测该企业生产场所的噪声强度,对291名接噪工人进行职业健康检查,并对体检结果进行统计分析。结果 21个检测点噪声强度均超过85dB(A);35人患高血压,占12.0%;38人心电图检查表现异常,占13.2%;高血压患病率、心电图异常检出率均具有随工人接噪工龄增长而增加的线性趋势(P<0.05)。结论长期接触强噪声对配戴个体防护用品的工人心血管系统仍具有一定的损伤作用,还应采取更有效的措施加强对作业工人的健康保护。 [Objective]To understand the health status of workers exposed to noise in a manufacturing enterprise in Langfang city,explore the effect of occupational strong noise on cardiovascular system of workers who had taken the personal protective measures.[Methods]The noise intensity in the workplace of this enterprise was detected,occupational physical examination was carried out among 291 workers exposed to noise,and the results were analyzed statistically.[Results]The noise intensity of 21 monitoring points all exceeded 85 dB (A).35 workers (12.0%) suffered from hypertension,and 38 workers (13.2%) had the abnormal electrocardiogram results.The prevalence of hypertension and abnormal detection rate of electrocardiogram showed a linear increase trend with working age of noise exposure (P0.05).[Conclusion]Long-term strong noise exposure can still cause damage on the cardiovascular system of workers who wear personal protective equipment,so more effective measures should be adopted to protect the health of workers.
