学龄前儿童血清中微量元素测定的方法学评价及临床应用 被引量:2

Methodological Evaluation and Clinical Application of Determination of Serum Trace Elements in Preschool Children

摘要 目的建立一套可靠的微量元素测定方法 ,并对在四川省科学城医院进行体检的360名学龄前儿童血清中微量元素水平进行分析。方法利用火焰原子吸收分光光度计对学龄前儿童血清中铜(Cu)、铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)含量进行测定,并做统计学分析。结果铜、铁、锌在各年龄组之间差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);铁在3岁后有所下降;铜、铁、锌总异常率分别为1.94%、3.33%和5.00%。结论该地区儿童3种元素异常率明显低于某些报道,但锌含量过高的情况较突出,应注意其微量元素补充的平衡性,合理服用口服制剂;注意培养儿童良好的饮食习惯。 [Objective]To establish a reliable method for trace elements determination,and analyze the serum levels of trace elements among 360 preschool children who received health examination in the Sichuan Science City Hospital.[Methods]The contents of copper (Cu),iron (Fe) and Zinc (Zn) in serum of preschool children were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer,and the result was statistically analyzed.[Results]There was no significant difference in contents of Cu,Fe and Zn among different age groups (all P0.05).The content of Fe decreased after 3 years old.The total abnormal rate of Cu,Fe and Zn was 1.94%,3.33% and 5.00%,respectively.[Conclusion]The abnormal rates of Cu,Fe and Zn of children in this area were significantly lower than some reports.Because the high zinc content was obvious,trace elements supplement should have the right balance,and the use of oral preparation should be rational.It is suggested that parents should pay attention to help children develop good eating habit.
