摘要
目的建立一种实用的高效液相色谱法测定人尿中尼古丁含量的方法。方法在流动相为0.02mol/LH3PO4-KH2PO4(pH值=3)、流速为1.0ml/min、C18反相柱、室温、波长为262nm的条件下,测定尼古丁。结果标准曲线的相关系数>0.9992,加标回收率大于91.5%,变异系数小于6.0%。结论应用该方法测定尿中尼古丁的含量,方法简便、准确、灵敏度高。
[Objective]To establish a method for determination of Nicotine in the urine by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).[Methods]Under the condition of mobile phase 0.02 mol/L H3PO4-KH2PO4(pH=3),velocity of flow 1.0 ml/min,C18 reversed phase column,room temperate,Wavelength 262 nm,the nicotine was determined.[Results]The correlation coefficient of standard curve was more than 0.9992,and the recovery was more than 91.5%,the coefficient of variation was less than 6.0%.[Conclusion]The method is simple,accurate,and sensitive for nicotine determination in urine.
